Aloo Paratha
Aloo paratha is a popular Indian flatbread filled with a spiced potato filling. It's a hearty and flavorful dish that's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The paratha is made from whole wheat flour dough, which is rolled out thin and filled with a mixture of boiled and mashed potatoes, spices, and herbs. The filled paratha is then cooked on a tawa (griddle) until it's golden brown and crispy. Aloo parathas are typically served hot with butter, yogurt, or pickle.
